Fitness Friday ♥ Fat vs. Muscle

   Hey there gym babes!  When I first started working out, I found this picture quite motivational!  Until I saw this, I thought to myself "why can't I lose weight?!"  I was frustrated and about to give up!  That is, until I saw how much SMALLER muscle as opposed to fat.  Just because you don't lose weight does not mean you aren't making progress!  I have learned to pay more attention to measurements and how I look in the mirror, instead of the scale!  Working out may not give you exactly the results in the way you expect, but they will give results!
