Hey gals! I always used to complain about how I was "chubby" and I would talk about how great it must be to be a "skinny" girl. After my workout buddy had finally dragged me into the gym a few times though, I started to really feel a difference! Instead of moaning about getting off my behind, I became excited to head to the gym. I realized that talking doesn't burn very many calories or help you gain muscle. Now, though finding time to hit the gym can be hard, I no longer fight it. I have seen results, and I plan on continuing to improve! I hope you girls out there who are dissatisfied with your bodies can find YOUR healthy way to feel good in your own skin!
